I can’t say enough about the service I get from Jennifer. I trust her implicitly. In my experience she is willing to go above and beyond. Winnie is always in fine form when I get home. I find Jennifer to be truly professional. I love reading the logs she keeps for her visits. Although Winnie can be a little cranky at timesJennifer never misses a beat. I recommend her whenever an opportunity arises!

We have been using Furry Or Not Pet services for 1 year. We used to board our cat until we found Jennifer one day when we had to go away unexpectedly and the boarding kennel was full. I have 3 dogs of varying exercise needs - two fat 12 year old beagles and one young husky shepherd mix. Unfortunately the husky was starting to get a bit chunky only being walked at the pace and distance comfortable to the other dogs, and I didn't have the time to walk her separately every day.Which is why I contacted Jennifer at Furry or Not Pet Care, who was incredibly accommodating and worked around my schedule to help my husky get in the exercise she requires.I was a little nervous at first, since my husky is prone to stranger danger, and Jennifer agreed to take introductory group walks at first, but we needn't have bothered, as my dogs all loved her instantly.This past December I left for vacation for 3 weeks and was able to leave the dogs at home while Jennifer stopped by each day to spend time with, exercise and clean up after the dogs. I could tell they were well loved while I was away, and greatly appreciated the anxiety I was spared having her there.At every visit, Jennifer leaves detailed notes, and I always come home to find happy, tired dogs. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone with pets and hope to continue with her services for quite a while!

Jennifer's unique service was exactly what I was needing for my older dog, Coffee, when I went back to work in the fall. Jennifer saw to all of Coffee's special needs and even carried her down and up the stairs when going outside. I could hardly stand the thought of leaving her, but Jennifer was able to come twice each day, which gave Coffee the comfort she needed and the relief I needed. Even on last minute notice, Jennifer would manage to fit us into her schedule. Jennifer was absolutely trustworthy, reliable and she possesses an instinctual knowledge and respect of animals and an obvious love. I will be forever thankful to Jennifer for fulfilling the role I most needed during the final months of my Coffee's precious life.

My husband and I have are so fortunate to have found Jennifer and her company! Our dog LOVES having Jennifer come over. It's been so great to have someone I can truly rely on to take care of our big pooch! Can not recommend this company enough. I had a great experience with Jennifer, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone living in Abbotsford. I have high anxiety leaving my two dogs behind because I find it difficult to trust anyone with them. I felt at ease with her calm presence, and could tell she really is great with animals. Layla had an amazing visit with her daily walks, and Phoenix (anxiety riddled white dog) promises to try harder next time to brave a walk with you.

We have been using furry or not for about 9 months and our dogs absolutely love her. Our rescue has grown so fond of her that he waits patiently at the window until he hears her car roll up. She has also helped us to make both our dogs better when walking, and has greatly reduced their barking at other dogs when on leash walking by.I highly recommend Jen for all your needs, she’s great with the pets and a pleasure to work with
